My Journey into Tech and Machine Learning

Hello World! 👋

If there's one thing I've learned early on in my tech journey, it's that every great project starts with a simple "Hello World." So, it feels only fitting to start my blog the exact same way.

My name is Rishikant, and I'm relatively new to the tech industry. I created this space because I have a deep curiosity for how things work under the hood and a strong desire to explore the vast world of software and technology. My primary goal right now is simple: learn as much as I possibly can and constantly push my own boundaries.

There is an overwhelming amount of information out there, but instead of letting that deter me, I'm using it as motivation. This blog will serve as my public notebook—a place to document my progress, solidify my understanding, and hopefully help others who are on a similar path.

Demystifying Machine Learning 🤖

Recently, I decided to dive headfirst into one of the most fascinating fields in tech right now: AI and Data. I just completed a comprehensive Machine Learning Specialization course, and it has been quite the ride.

When I started, the math and the algorithms felt like a completely foreign language. However, as I progressed through the modules—building models from scratch, understanding how neural networks actually "learn," and getting my hands dirty with Python—the pieces slowly started to click together.

The journey wasn't without its frustrations (I'm looking at you, dimension mismatch errors!), but the moment your model successfully predicts an outcome or classifies an image correctly makes all the debugging entirely worth it. It shifted my perspective from seeing AI as "magic" to understanding it as applied mathematics and solid engineering.

What's Next? 🚀

Completing the specialization was just step one. Theory is great, but applying it is where the real learning happens.
